Our first 3 months!

Welcome!

It's a little behind schedule, but here it is, a shiny new website.  Doors have been open at the gym since the start of September, and we've seen a lot go on in that time, new members joining up and people who've trained with me previously getting into the new environment and new training formats.

Our small group training format has been going from strength to strength, with people really enjoying the combination of personlized programming and coaching attention with the energy of training together in a small group. For more information on "Lift Jump" (our lower body strength and athletic development session), or "Muscle Up" (the upper body gymnastic strength session), click on the big pictures on the home-page, and read the information on the "Group Training" page.

There were also some snippets of video recorded, the one below of our Lift Jump training session.

As well as the small group trainees, 1:1 coaching clients have been making progress as always - with a variety of people from those looking to simply get back in shape with a greater level of attention, to those requiring specific rehabilitation training, to get back to being able to train athletically after injury or with some form of movement dysfunction - knee pain, back pain, and so on.
