Lift, Jump

- Saturday 9:00 am (1 hour 30)

This is an intermediate level session, by application only.

Most sporting and other life activity takes place on our feet, and in "Lift, Jump" the focus is on lower body strength, power and agility development, to move better and become better athletes on our feet.

In this session we work on explosive jumping ability, and variations of the two Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean.

This is an intermediate level session. There is a prerequisite level of mobility required to participate in these sessions. “Foundation” classes are suitable for learning the building blocks upon which these sessions are built.
