"Muscle Up" is the name of our upper body strength oriented class. Our upper body strength work is based on fundamental gymnastics strength exercises, including developing the infamous "muscle up". This move starts from a hanging position, pulling all the way up and over the rings before pressing up, building strength through a wide range of movement. This is coupled with mobility and skill elements designed to make you strong, resilient and flexible.
